There are two ways to place an order with us

Please note that we reserve the right to decline an order at our discretion, for example if it is outside our delivery area, or there is a pricing error on the Website. If you have paid online, we will refund the order unless we come to an alternative arrangement with you. We may also refuse to provide an account and require payment in advance or on delivery. To request an account you must be over 18 years of age.

Q) When will my box be delivered?
A) Boxes will be delivered on Thursday or Friday. This is to let you see what we're providing before you do your big weekend shop.
Q) Can I pay for my box before it is delivered?
A) Although you can order your box online, we do not currently have the facilities to process online payments. We accept cash / cheque on delivery, or you can pay by monthly invoice.
Q) What if I'm out when you deliver?
A) We will try and either leave your box in a safe place; or with a neighbour. We will collect payment on the following delivery or send an invoice at the end of the month.
Q) What if my area isn't covered on your delivery map?
A) Get in touch and we'll see if its feasible to include you on one of our delivery routes.
Q) Are the boxes reusable?
A) Yes. We have chosen to use reusable plastic boxes, because we think that the environmental benefits are better than disposable cardboard ones.
Q) Can I swap items in my box?
A) We allow each customer to request two fruit or vegetable items to be excluded from their deliveries.

A) There are a range of boxes available - see 'Our Produce' section of website for details. If you require something not catered for by out existing options, please contact us.
